- Agent Data: Data processed by your AI agents within BotDesk cloud desktops. This data remains under your control.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Session recordings and agent logs are retained according to your plan's retention policy.
6. Third-Party Services
When you use BYOK to connect your own AI provider API keys, your data is transmitted directly to those providers under their respective privacy policies. BotDesk does not store or log the content of your agent interactions beyond what is necessary for session management.
